This issue must be from between 1933 and 1945 because the piece of the article discusses who will take over leadership of the Nazi-German SA Storm troopers. There is a sort of farewell party to the previous leader. Otto Wachter is mentioned as being present and making a pro-Nazi speech. The clipping also includes information about a local man’s funeral and another’s motorcycle accident.
