Historical Note:
Nash Prapor (Our Flag), an illustrated newspaper published by the consortium Ukrainian Press, owned and managed by the publisher Ivan Tyktor (Tiktor). It was a socio-politically oriented periodical, ideologically charged by Ukrainian national aspiration for an independent state.

Ivan Tyktor, political and public figure, publisher and owner of the largest Ukrainian press consortium Ukrainska Presa (the Ukrainian Press). He founded and run several well-accepted Ukrainian periodicals, Novyi Chas (the New Time), Nash Prapor (Our Flag), Narodna Sprava (The People's Cause), Komar (Mosquito), Dzvinochok (Bellflower) and others.
